curriculum
Depth, breadth and options distinguish WSC's curriculum. WSC has over 60 core & elective course units in its Transformation Programme. With a feast of course electives, the curriculum is flexible enough for you to customize your study in the areas that interest you most.
The rigorous core builds a strong general foundation and, from there, you follow your own special interests, choosing from one of the world's widest selections of life transformation electives.
The experience and knowledge that more senior participants bring to the programme adds another dimension to our learning environment.
WSC emphasizes an education that goes beyond the fundamentals of managing yourself, decision-making, critical thinking and impression management with a curriculum that focuses on everything from the delirium of being a constantly pursued woman and strategic dressing to the best in youth promoting regimes.
The WSC Transformation Programme© curriculum is split into two different, yet complementary, learning experiences:
Required Curriculum establishes a common foundation in the fundamental practices of impression management, self-leadership and strategy. All students participate in the same set of classes, both at Spa Camp© and the Online Course©. In addition to acquiring specific skills and behaviours, students become acclimated to WSC's standards of transformation and collaboration and develop strong, lasting relationships with a community of like-minded women.
The WSC curriculum includes a range of exciting courses and is frequently refreshed with new content. The goal is to give students a firm grasp of broad-based life transformation fundamentals.
Our Required Curriculum is tied to our Learning Model and goes beyond facts and theories, a process that teaches students not only how to manage their brilliant new life, but also how to continually grow and learn throughout life.
During Spa Camp©, all students pursue the same course of study -the Required Curriculum. By studying under a common curriculum, students build a solid, broad foundation of general transformation concepts and skills across all the key disciplines.
Elective Curriculum follows the Required Curriculum's breadth of experience with an opportunity for depth and breadth or both: students choose from among 54 elective course units in five subject areas (organised as majors) identified from the skills and behaviours gap analysis completed at Spa Camp and any other transformation concepts that interest them most.
During Spa Camp©, students choose from a delicious range of elective courses to build on the fundamental skills and behaviours developed in the Required Curriculum. This portion of the programmes enables students to pursue electives that specifically address areas development areas identified in the Skills & Behaviours Gap Analysis & tied to the objectives stated in your Transformation Plan.
The WSC Transformation Programme© curriculum is highly flexible and provides you with the components necessary to achieve everything you want. By providing you with course options, you’ll select the course units that best match your objectives.

Key Objectives Foundation (3 Courses) help students to understand the scope of activity, future direction and trends and typical types and roles of organizations that operate within a career field.
Key Objective Specialty allows students to focus on a specific development area within a cluster of development objectives and master the skills an behaviours needed to excel in that area.
Further Studies Options allows student to customize their course to either more deeply study one area of interest or expand their study to include areas not related to their objective.
Internal Option allows students to build on to their key objective by taking an additional three courses within the subject area of their specialty or to develop a broader perspective in areas related to their objectives by selecting three courses usually from another specialty within their major area.
Related Option provides students whose objectives requires a skill set not typically associated with a certain job or major area of study the opportunity to develop that skill set. Students can choose from a predetermined group of subject areas from other majors that have been identified as most likely relating to their major area.
Flexible Option allows students to acquire introductory skills by choosing from a pool of courses that have been designated for this option. These courses may be from three different specialty areas, but the student must provide a rationale for the selection of courses and obtain approval by the programme director.
With these options, you’ll navigate the seamless transition into your brilliant new life and easily apply the skills you’ve learnt as you achieve everything you want.
