Craft Your Own Programme

No two women have identical challenges and experiences - no two women should have identical transformation programmes.

Regardless of your transformation goals, the WSC Transformation Programme can be customised to craft a programme that perfectly meets your stated life objectives and your style of learning.

Understanding and responding to student learning needs and life objectives lives at the heart of designing your course.  We begin by analysing your life experience, where you and we determine your existing skills in each key area and required behavioural changes in light of the "3 C's"-Cohort, Content and Context.

The result is a customised programmed that meets your life objectives and matches your wildest dreams.

Cohort: What's Your Major?

Objectives are at the centre of all your course design decisions. Identifying the right major is the key to a successful outcome.

What are your life objectives? Is it a career progression, improving the effectiveness of existing or proposed relationships, a stronger marriage, style, grace, charm, abundant health, would you like to touch your toes, flick your hair in a beguiling way, mesmerise with your voice, be renowned for your tinkling laugh?

Anything that comes under the purview of our 5 transformation schools can be customised into a programme that achieves your most breathless aspirations.

A WSC Programme Director assists you to identify the best mix of course units that achieve your objectives.

The result? A programme that can be applied in your own life and tranforms you into the creature of your dreams.

Content: Integrating Learning with Life

WSC believes that learning and transformation go hand-in-hand. The course curriculum is designed to combine a number of key themes identifed in your life objectives. Some students will have good communication skills but might need a hand in image management and self-presentation, others may want to improve thier flirting skills and plan a career strategy.

Need to boost your presentation skills? Your course work will be based on scenarios in your real life . Want to make better decisions under uncertainty? You'll use situations from your real life to solve as part of Real Life Application. Need to enhance your negotiation or conflict management skills? You'll undertake learning exercises based on the actual scenarios that you routinely encounter.

As diverse as these examples might be, it does illustrate the adaptability of the curriculum.

Context: a Learning Environment that Inspires

The application of skills, behaviours and strategies is a key function of learning context and student involvement.

WSC knows that students learn in many different ways. Our learning design contexts incorporate relevant and student-specific case studies, exercises based on student data, and interactive lectures and simulations, to enable participants to meet their life objectives. Most importantly, our context applies learning to strategies needed to achieve your objectives.

Our virtual campus supports our learning approach and incorporates real-time individual scenarios and learning teams to create a direct bridge from learning to implementation.

Anchored by the WSC facilitators, the transformation programme also includes leading faculty coaches and expert subject-matter presenters from around the world. As the result of this combination, we deliver the highest quality content and insight, tailored to your objectives.
