Important to you achieving your objectives and living a brilliant life is the role of the WSC faculty and the formal behavioural coaching model used in Spa Camp© and the Online Course©.
Our faculty, together with WSC's President, the Curriculum Council, content authors and students, work together to ensure that the WSC programme is the best in the world. It it's in the WSC curriculum it must work.
The faculty also works to promote scholarship about and by women and to foster gender equity across the programme and around the world. They are also at the heart of mentoring, collaboration and networking.
In addition to the curriculum, our faculty, together with chosen alumni and the Curriculum Council, guides the agenda of the organisation. They meet regularly to discuss projects and upcoming events and function as catalyst think tanks, to generate new course unit ideas and programmes for the advancement of women - all women, not just our students.
Our facilitators are the living embodiment of the Wall Street Courtesan principles. They are passionate exponents of their subjects, skilled in collaborative learning and focussed on the curriculum and student outcomes.
Students are supported through the active creation of skills and behaviours and assisted through the practical implementation of course material.
Our facilitators work from a common coaching practice methodology and provide expert support to students. They effectively deliver the course unit content to ensure that students achieve everything prescribed in their Transformation Plan©.
Facilitators are with you in Spa Camp© and later through the 6 months of online learning. Under their guidance, students develop skills, learn behaviours and work together on shared projects, solving real life scenario challenges in the virtual classroom and in real life.

The relationship between facilitators and students is dynamic, co-operative and involves a high level of trust. Our facilitators maintain a strict control of your progress, are committed to you achieving your objectives and are focussed on your success.
When not in the classroom, our faculty is trawling the world, looking for the world's best contest, consulting with course developers, creating student tool kits, lecturing, exploring, writing, publishing and engaging with our students in the WSC Advice Exchange and Virtual Campus.
