The educational budget for WSC students in the academic year 2011 - 2012 is $24,500, broken down as follows:

No payment is necessary until you have been accepted into the WSC Transformation Programme©. After admission notification, we will send you an invoice to hold your preferred Spa Camp place. Full tuition is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
If admission is within 30 days prior to the start of Spa Camp©, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment is required prior to the programme start date. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa), direct bank deposit or paypal. Details are included on the programme invoice.

| Cancellations or Deferrals |
If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 30 days before the Spa Camp© start date to receive a full refund.
Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations or deferrals received 14 to 30 days before Spa Camp© start date are subject to a fee of 25% of the programme fee. Requests received within 14 days of Spa Camp© start date are subject to full payment of the programme fee.
We anticipate that competition for admission to the WSC Transformation Programme© will continue to rise steadily. We will typically receive and review 10 applications for every available place with only 10% of applicants admitted.
To ensure that you are invited to apply, we suggest you register your interest soon for the first round of 2011 admissions. You may also wish to review the WSC scholarships on offer.
You are encouraged to commit yourself fully during the 6 months of online learning as the curriculum is rigorous and challenging however the course schedule is scalable enough to take advantage of the flexibility of online learning.
