We endorse the best of welcoming relaxation rituals, massages and energetic skin brushing to unblock concentration channels. Everything you need to have you soothed and energised, ready for your daily class schedule. We’ll also teach you how to integrate these practices into your daily life.
Spa Camp© is strenuous, from arrival through to the end of the 7 days, you focus on learning and integrating new knowledge.
