The WSC Transformation Programme© is demanding. Applicants should have both the ability and desire to thrive within a rigorous and stimulating environment.

At WSC, admission is all about the right fit. We want to help you figure out if the programme is the right place for your background, transformation goals, personal interests and learning style.

Our goal is to make the WSC Transformation Programme© and its admissions process as transparent as possible. We expect absolute commitment during the 6 months of learning so we want you to have the information you need to make an informed choice. 

It’s not necessary to have completed graduate studies or advanced degrees to apply however the Admissions Committee looks for applicants who demonstrate:

• Commitment and desire to transform their lives
• Strong leadership aptitude and the ability to work in teams
• Course preparedness and the commitment of time and energy to the, at times, challenging programme
• Intellectual curiosity and agility
• Willingness to engage in debate and ask questions
• Flexibility and a readiness to change
• Communication skills especially listening and debating skills
• Commitment to WSC core values
• Medium level computer literacy and system compatible PC or laptop.

WSC looks for intellectually inquisitive women from diverse educational, economic, social, cultural and geographical backgrounds with the time and resources to commit to six months of intense learning and real life experience. 

Broadly speaking, the WSC programme is relevant if you are a:

Life Starter: You've finished your education and want the fastest path to achieving your goals.
Life Switcher: You've achieved some of your goals but aspire to a different kind of life and need additional skills and behaviours to do so.  You think there's another life to be had out there and you want to go and get it.
Life Enhancer: You have experienced a slowdown in your satisfaction with life and/or have experienced an inability to move ahead with the next phase of your life. You think there's more to be had from life and you want to get it.

WSC re-energises you with a new set of skills, some very effective behaviours, a network of sensational like-minded women and a plan to attain your new life.

You are:

• Seeking some direction, looking for their true life purpose, questioning if there's any more out there or wanting to go in a completely new direction.
• Feeling overwhelmed and need help to successfully combine career development with a family and other personal interests.
• Consistent achievers but need skills in some life areas - Relationships, Career, Style & Beauty,  Health & Fitness and Wealth.
• Balanced emotionally and generally optimistic but need assistance in organising their lives practically around the things they really want, or vice versa.
• Reformed self-help junkies, fed-up with trying everything without significant results.
• Undergoing some big life changes such as divorce, health crisis, job loss or starting a new business and want guidance on how to begin the new phase.
• Know mostly want they want but are increasingly less contented with their lives and are reluctant to move ahead with some life goals.

The WSC programme appeals to women of any age and any background who want to broaden their career opportunities, improve their dating lives, better manage the image they project, put troublesome relationships on an even footing, plan to be an entrepreneur, gain glowing health and a strong, useful body and attain a strong financial position.

This is not self-help, nor is it therapy. We take the investment you make in your new life very seriously and we expect you to do the same. The WSC programme is a huge amount of fun but it's hard work and takes commitment -as much commitment as an executive, post-graduate university education.
